Welcome to Ridgeline Workwear. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ridgeline Workwear website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, the terms "Ridgeline Workwear," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ridgeline Workwear. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.

You may not use our products, website, or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with, damage, disable, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse our website or systems.

A violation of these Terms may result in termination or restriction of your access to our Services.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ridgeline Workwear sells workwear, apparel, accessories, and other products intended for blue-collar workers, tradespeople, outdoor use, casual wear, and related uses.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, specifications, and other information accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or production methods.

Product measurements and sizing information are estimates and may vary slightly between styles, manufacturers, and production runs.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Availability is not guaranteed.

3. FLAME-RESISTANT, ARC-RATED, AND PROTECTIVE WORKWEAR

Not every Ridgeline Workwear product is flame-resistant, arc-rated, or personal protective equipment.

A product should only be considered flame-resistant ("FR"), arc-rated ("AR"), or compliant with a particular safety standard when that designation is expressly stated in the individual product description, product labeling, manufacturer documentation, or certification information.

The Ridgeline name, artwork, graphics, marketing, photographs, or general references to welding, oilfield work, construction, electrical work, industrial work, or other trades do not mean that a product is certified protective equipment.

Where applicable, customers should review the specific product's ratings, standards, labels, certification information, materials, and manufacturer instructions before use.

The purchaser, wearer, employer, safety professional, or other responsible party is responsible for determining whether a particular product is appropriate for a specific workplace, task, hazard, or regulatory requirement.

Protective clothing cannot eliminate every risk of burns, arc flash, fire, heat exposure, workplace injury, or death.

Always follow applicable workplace safety policies, employer requirements, governmental regulations, manufacturer instructions, and proper hazard-assessment procedures.

FR and other protective garments must be properly worn, maintained, cleaned, stored, repaired, and replaced according to the applicable manufacturer's instructions. Improper laundering, contamination, alteration, damage, excessive wear, or incorrect use may reduce the protective performance of a garment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, Ridgeline Workwear makes no representation that ordinary apparel sold through the store qualifies as PPE, FR clothing, arc-rated clothing, or clothing certified to any particular OSHA, NFPA, ASTM, ANSI, or other standard.

4. PRICES

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other fees may be added during checkout.

Promotional pricing, discount codes, sales, and special offers may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to:

Product availability;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Payment authorization problems;
Violations of these Terms; or
Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale or other prohibited activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount owed for the canceled portion of the order to the original payment method, subject to the policies of the payment provider.

6. PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information when placing an order.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies that apply to your transaction.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused solely by a payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other third-party financial service.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs, available shipping methods, and estimated delivery times will generally be displayed during checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Ridgeline Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or similar events.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Additional rules regarding shipping, lost packages, damaged packages, and delivery are contained in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credits are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchasing.

Certain products may have different return requirements, including customized products, final-sale items, clearance merchandise, worn or washed garments, or protective garments that cannot safely be resold after use.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional codes and offers may be subject to additional restrictions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts cannot be combined;
Discounts have no cash value;
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
Certain products may be excluded;
Promotional codes may expire; and
We may cancel promotions affected by fraud, abuse, technical errors, or other misuse.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing through Ridgeline Workwear, including our brand name, logos, artwork, graphics, shirt designs, photographs, product designs, website content, text, videos, slogans, trademarks, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Ridgeline Workwear unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, manufacture, create derivative products from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Ridgeline Workwear product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property appearing on that product.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our designs may result in legal action.

11. REVIEWS, PHOTOS, AND USER CONTENT

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, comments, social-media posts, feedback, suggestions, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you create.

When you voluntarily submit or directly provide content to Ridgeline Workwear for publication or promotion, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, repost, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting Ridgeline Workwear, subject to applicable law.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, infringing, obscene, contains private information, includes spam, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict your ability to provide an honest review, including a negative review.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, advertising providers, fulfillment companies, and ecommerce technology providers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, or practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or Services to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations;
Infringe intellectual-property rights;
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
Transmit malware or malicious code;
Collect information about other users without authorization;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
Interfere with the security or operation of our Services;
Engage in payment fraud or chargeback fraud;

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ridgeline Workwear and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, Services, or products.

This includes, where permitted by law, losses resulting from business interruption, lost profits, loss of data, misuse of a product, or inability to access the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

16. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

You are responsible for using all products in accordance with their intended purpose, product labeling, care instructions, warnings, manufacturer specifications, employer requirements, and applicable safety procedures.

Work environments may involve serious hazards. Ridgeline Workwear apparel is not a replacement for proper training, workplace safety procedures, engineering controls, required PPE, or an employer's obligation to provide a safe workplace.

Do not use damaged, excessively worn, improperly altered, contaminated, or otherwise compromised protective clothing where doing so could create a safety risk.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ridgeline Workwear and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
